At Aquatic Arts, we want you to feel as fluid and confident in our fashion as the ocean itself. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
